We provided full-suite consultancy services including Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Landscape Architecture and Water Management.
The outcome
While project occupies a long stretch of the seafront, it wraps around estate behind. The development is designed to be interwoven with greenery throughout that acts as direct access for the residents and public alike to traverse through the precinct at ease. Carefully curated facilities in such spaces activates social interaction which enlivens and bonds the community. Coupled with the strong facade treatment with the first ever wave-like precast canopy, Punggol Point Cove delivers a serene environment for residents and the wider community.
